Lindeth Tower Garden – limited edition reduction lino print

Description

This is a small, 2-colour reduction linocut print of the Lindeth Tower Garden in Silverdale, Lancashire.

Limited to 15 prints, this edition allowed me to take a complex view and distill the core elements into an almost abstract composition. The paper adds another element of variability I really enjoyed.

Lindeth Tower is a crenellated stone folly, offering fantastic views over Morecambe Bay. You can find out more about the Tower at Wikipedia. The Tower is also available as a holiday home, with accommodation spread over multiple levels. Watching night fall from the top of the tower, I’ll never forget the sound of the all the owls making their evening outing.

About the paper

This print is on highly textured Khadi 100% cotton rag paper, with beautiful deckled edges all around. There is alot of variation in texture and finish per sheet, so your print and it’s paper may not look exactly like the images shown here. The print is despatched in a card-backed envelope with additional protective layers and delivery is included in the price.
