Description

This is my print ‘the sum of rests’ which takes inspiration from Zeno’s paradox – stating that in any moment of time an arrow in flight is motionless in that instant. The arrow here has a flint head and rough fletchings, inspired by reconstructions of ancient arrows from around the world.

The edition is limited to 10 prints only, and those here are presented in an A4, landscape format hand-cut mount, ready to go into an appropriate frame. Choose from white or off-white mountboard colours.

Each print has been produced on an 1880s Albion platen press on Ho-Sho printmaking paper. Natural variation in the paper and in the print process means no two images are exactly alike.

Delivery to mainland UK is included.
