As mentioned in my most recent in-progress post, I’ve been working on handmadegreetings cards based on nature and garden subjects. I took a morning walk, saw the wild garlic just coming into flower before it explodes into a globe of small flowers, and was inspired to come up with something to capture and share it.
Here two heads are at different stages of blossoming, framed by their dark, shiny leaves.
The card is available now from my Etsy store, and will shortly be available from the print shop.

I designed this card on paper then refined it directly on the lino block as I cut it. Each card I print by hand and finish myself. I’ve selected 220gsm card stock which is brilliant white, strong and has a smooth finish, ideal for crisp lines.
