Description

Original lino cut art print – The island of small joys, my most detailed print to date.

Printed on W&N paper, this print unmounted and unframed, ready for you to frame according to your own taste.

To see how this print will look framed, please see my related listings.

All my prints are created using a small press with some hand finishing –  You can also see the original concept sketch here, from idea to final cut, and how the features of England’s industrial and rural past are mixed with the cypresses and cedars of warmer climes.

The print is produced using professional oil-based, vegan relief printing ink and printed on off-white, acid-free 130gsm W&N medium surface cartridge paper. White and off-white paper tones are available. As with all relief printing, variation in appearance is a natural part of the hand-finished lino print process.

I choose my materials for a long-lasting print with a small environmental footprint.

This print looks best in a portrait-format frame, and the ample paper size will allow you to cut it down to fit a frame of your choice.

Please note: The print will be supplied unframed, unmounted and gently rolled into a cardboard postal tube for safe transit.
Please follow the enclosed guidance to prepare your print for display.
